The W7VNJ 146.940 repeater is more of a 'Regional Coverage' repeater than the 145.235. It's much higher, being on top of Casper Mountain, and covers quite a ways out North and South of Casper. But, due to it's location on the mountain, some in those areas nearer the base of Casper Mnt may have trouble hitting it with lower powered transmitters, such as hand helds.
