CARC Fund Raising Raffle
What is being raffled off?
A Savage Axis hunting rifle
- Chambered in 270 Winchester
- Synthetic black stock
- Includes a Bushnell 3-9, 40mm Scope
- Shoulder Strap (sling)
- Folding Bipod
- Padded Case
All proceeds are for the continued operation of the Casper Amateur Radio club - W7VNJ. Will cover such things as insurance, repeater maintenance and coneectivity.
Tickets
All tickets are $20 each. You can buy tickets from the club officers: Garth, Dan or Charles. There is a minimum number of tickets (40) that have to be sold prior to the drawing. You do not need to be present at the drawing to win. All applicable laws, forms and checks will be followed and completed for the transfer.
Drawing
The drawing will be on December 18, 2025 at our Holiday party.
Transfer
Formal transfer of ownership to the lucky winner will be handled by a local FFL through their books. Winner will not be able to take possession until all paperwork is completed. Winner will have to do the ATF-Form 4473, just as if you'd purchased this rifle at a dealership. And ownership is NOT transferable. If you're in-eligible to own this rifle, but you do win the drawing, there will be a new drawing for an eligible owner. (if you're in-eligible, you should already know.)
